Dr. Arun Arya
(heavily drawn from article
https://www.bostonmagazine.com/health/2019/10/29/david-sinclair)
Age 60, I want to be, fuck FDA or medical doctors, Dr Sinclair
enunciates pure science.
Thuggery?
From time immemorial, people have been on a fantastical quest for
a substance that would extend life, or even grant immortality. The
medieval alchemists sought the elixir of life. Explorer Ponce de
Leon looked for the fountain of youth in what is now the southern
United States but, in an ironic twist of fate, found Florida, a
place where people go to grow old and die. As the centuries wore on,
traffic in life-extending substances and practices became the clear
bailiwick of snake-oil salesmen, charlatans, and quacks.
Justification
Needed first after above!
Justification to me? ( ALL disbelievers after this are stupid, don't bother me)
To go past rationally skeptic me (RS) you can not ever argue on
bases of ancient tomes, human thoughts, human claims (no matter how
much you trust), stupidly motivated methods or expensive methods, all
considered subhuman. I consider all advertisements and politics, most
philosophy and common knowledge stupid. All organized religions
without exception are stupid. One must base any beliefs solely on
scientific theories, which means axioms experimentally established to
RS satisfaction. Today aging, life, universe, Intelligence are
all establishable from scratch, without any religion. The Only reasonable way to dissent is to point to another falsifiable theory or make mine false! To call such
material another religions is the height of stupidity meaning don't
ever bother to converse with me, your free speech rights pale before the waste of my time!
I claim to know about extend life using Dr Sinclair Justification.
First then how do I know how? How do I extend Dr. Sinclair
more research? Can you, a reader, enjoy benefit, ie
extend life? Help me? Every other article you have read in
life so far means nothing (pales) beside this! Only read it properly
after cursory skip read when have time!
Dr. Sinclair a fraud?
Unlikely, as a billionaire (from resveratol) and faculty member at
Harvard, enunciates the theory. NASA has appointed him as chief
doctor for health of first astronauts to Mars. And he is a rare scientist who talk simple and intelligent. Most important, unlike other scientists, he believes in the safety and efficacy of his works and applies it to himself, his father and brother, each of them claim to benefit! Billionaire means Not prone to advertisement subhumans. HE MEETS MY SKEPTICISM of temptation (billionaire), stupidity (Harvard) , hot air (Read up to compatibility with biology, evolution. physics, medicine), integrity (NASA), Self-application (New, discussed, skip FDA). I write this, open to answer ANY reader quesion or doubt, with the public statement I folklow him without quesion for my life and money. I am a departmenbt topper from IIT Kanpur at its prime and likely far more skeptical then you. I follow him blindly only for aging things and only his life does not need me!
Going beyond FDA is caused by realization that I need results now and also in next few years, without the delay caused by proper blinded-tests. Covid-19 innoculation was done within a year unlike all other vaccine because RNA medicines meant the test chemicals were availble within a week post analysis and testing took an year! Central to all is my notion of medicine, modern medicine is best for all short duration ailments (<= 1 Year, and useless for long duration illnesses of heart, diabetes, alzheimners, parkinson etc and aging! Problem is not the doctors, but the FDA test limitations. Mind you, FDA discipline defines modern medicine and doctors who deviate are subhuman. Short term events in long illnesses are also best done by mm.
Dr. Sinclair a dimwit?
Coming up with a theory consistent with medicine, biology and
evolution, experimentally establishable, is hard; harder is being
efficacious.
Dr Sinclair is wrong!
Possible but for two experiments, 2019
increase age of rat and december 2020
recreation of
optic nerve after crushing it for
mice. Both follow from his theory alone. Another indirect proof
is failure of manipulation of length of telomere. Theory same for
humans and mice! NMN helps animals and plants (personal
experiment, nad+ direct).
There are other theories!
Only other one was based on telomere
length.
Explanatory power!
No other theory can explain Darwinean
evolution. The amazing theory not only consistent with aging but in
all forms of life like trees, plants, animals and human. Point is
that all forms of DNA based cellular life. No other DNA is known to
exist.
There are other theories!
Only other recently debunked one based
on length of telomere.
Consistent to!
The
mechanism for DNA repair is consistent by orthogonality to all
theories of DNA
clock of Horvath and complete
erasure of cellular specialization by Yamanaka factors.
Science considers aging forbidden territory!
Not so. Claim that recently, though, longevity has become the
stuff of legitimate science. Sinclair is a superstar among a group of
researchers who have harnessed science and technology’s latest
advances in an effort to parse out, for the very first time, the
biological mechanisms of aging in hopes of slowing or even reversing
the process. The goal of this field is not to make us young for
youth’s sake, but to address the single greatest risk factor for
heart disease, cancer, diabetes, dementia, and many other forms of
modern-day suffering: aging. Radical new theory says we can cure them
all at once (instead of relying on the current Whack-a-Mole approach)
and greatly increase the number of years people live with good
health. It is also true, experts say, that eliminating all of these
diseases of aging will make
long life.
Not a medical doctor even though professor at
Harvard medical
Sinclair diligently points out that he is not a medical doctor;
that he is not recommending anyone do what he does; and that there is
no definitive evidence that any of it helps humans. Sinclair says he
has nothing to do with the supplement industry, a claim that is
mostly true.
Scientists (FDA approved) and Sinclair
A journalist went to an aging company. As they (senior escorts)
took me back to their lab, I noticed the paunch on one of them, the
wrinkles on the other, and the fact that what little hair either of
them had left on their heads was somewhere between gray and white. I
lowered my voice and asked, “So are you guys, you know, taking the
stuff?” “Of course not. We are scientists!” one of them
exclaimed, looking at me like I was the mad scientist in the
room.
It doesn’t take a PhD to know that the fact that two guys who
aren’t taking NMN look old proves absolutely nothing. But it did
make me feel a little more hopeful to learn that they were not! And
the funny thing is that later in the day, when I asked Sinclair why
he takes unapproved drugs knowing that there could be risks (and how
much it pisses people off), he said the very nearly same thing: “Itake them because I am a scientist.”
Then, he gave me another reason.
“And because I would like to outlive my enemies.”
Sinclair’s father
and a Journalist
Finally, his father had his turn, dead-lifting 95 and then 115
pounds like it was nothing. The trainer told me most of his
80-year-old clients are working on maintaining their balance and
lifting themselves out of chairs. Sinclair’s dad is killing it in
the gym. His father has been taking NMN for two years, and since starting, Sinclair said, it has changed his life, his attitude, and his energy levels. It has returned to him his joie de vivre.
When I asked Sinclair’s dad directly “Can’t tell (re NMN),”
he told me flatly, with a shrug. “But all my friends are dying or
going downhill and I’m not.”Not only are Sinclair’s dad and
wife taking NMN, but so are his two dogs. His younger brother grew
gray hairs and developed wrinkles before he accused Sinclair of using
him as a negative control in his little family experiment. Sinclair
admits the thought did cross his mind, but blood is thicker than
science, and now his brother is on the regimen, too.
Still, not everyone in the family wants to see people live
forever. Sinclair’s oldest daughter doesn’t agree with his work
and has zero qualms about letting her dad know it. She has asked him
why, when previous generations have screwed up this planet so
royally, he thinks it’s a good idea to have the people who did the
damage hang around any longer. She is not the only one. Emory
University bioethicist Paul Root Wolpe, for instance, has called the
longevity field a narcissistic quest and points out that generational
shifts are necessary for innovation, progress, and social change.
As if in response, Sinclair’s book has an end section in which
he delves into many ways to fix the world he wants to create. There
is, he argues, a solution to everything in a reality where people
live to 150—overpopulation, inequality, natural-resource
limitations—if you are as hopeful as he is. Just as I was finishing
up this piece, in fact, scientists published a study linking optimism
to longevity—meaning Sinclair could stand to add even more years to
his life. Indeed, if I squint hard enough, I can practically see him
growing younger before my very eyes.
The theory
My adaptations
I
start by duplicating published cocktail taken by Dr. Sinclair. One
crucial is NMN. Extracting aging related chemicals
requires medicine knowledge. What grade of
NMN to buy, where, how much, form i.e
tablet, powder, solution etc are all medical matters.
Dr
Sinclair takes no OSKC
yamanaka factors! Given that these must have genetic effects, FDA
wait is required. What to then? For me and friends, wait is more
deadly than side effects. I consider 90 without supplements and 105
otherwise. That is time enough for trials. They are needed, but must
tradeoffs to benefits for age. Primary mixup needing a team of
medical doctor and aging expert, of which I try to set up service.
Horvath clock for bioage makes it a science. Intravenous
better than sublingual or nasal drip; both better than
NMN quaff (reason liver) but not needed for NR! NMN/resveratrol
versus NR/pterostilbene requires empirical experiments, best done by
enrollee costing! Even better may be NMN/pterostilbene, why
say so?!
Better than NAD+ direct (or NaDH). Why?
Supplement guiding is needed and most medical doctors know nothing
abut these molecules even, let apart know issues!
I
know
how
Ultimate
proof to me is testing humans try it on themselves or close family if
suffering! Not
for any other ailment, every one is destined to grow old and suffer
from age related diseases. Only way acceptable to scientific me, even
FDA belief is too slow. M y lgowedge is from extensive read and
self-experiment, want to make all next ones public transparent
experimental.
How
do I extend Dr. Sinclair -
more
research?
By
making my bioage before and after my process public!
Can

extend own life?
