I have already built an narrative that I called the second most important story of your life because it had 10+ hour of Dr. Sinclair on how to improve your age and my fond wish that you be alive for next singularity2.0. Now the most important - Exponential technologies exptech are those innovations that continue to advance exponentially, with disruptive economic and lifestyle effects, current price-performance makes it feasible to incorporate them into today’s business and social problems in new and previously impossible ways. This is how I understand Modi/Yogi despite my problems with their opium. I view myself as Conservative scientist who sees value in inherited traditions despite rejection of some as being unsupported in science and obnoxious to some, whose rights I accept. You need exptech to decode last 5 years and henceforth. How 21 century is different.
I think that the solutions to some of the world’s most urgent problems can be found at the intersection of exponential technologies below
artificial intelligence (AI),
additive manufacturing,
augmented and virtual reality (AR, VR),
digital biology and biotech,
data science,
medical tech,
nanotech,
robotics,
autonomous vehicles,
etc…
When two or more exponential technologies exptech are applied to a serious societal challenge – the chance of creating a viable and sustainable solutions increases drastically.
Why are Modi/yogi so much better than the kangaroo and the prince despite their religion opium – more honest administration absent nepotism boosted corruption, way free decentralization after decisions and enforced accountability, and use of intersection, by exponential technologies! That is the only drawback of AAP of Kejriwal, equally honest but puzzled by the amazing unusual predictions of exponential technologies not amenable to even business tools of today! Best approach, start the exptech tool and let it proceed at its pace, using the best of intersection present for solving problems.
Consider Aadhar. It is a digital identity number that can be uniformly for many things. False identities can be purchased but are difficult to manage. The abuse is miniscule, unlike the past where fake identities were in majority and exploitation enabled vast corruption in all government plans. It was created by congress but never used. Modi was smart, embraced congress jewel and used it to completely new uses with citizen accounts in banks and low corruption rations and even farmer dole.
Aadhar new uses are in doldrums. For all the likely advantages of demonetization , nothing significant happened for any significant period of time. I claim that it must be an annual affair! How knowing the massive derail last time! Trivial, all notes have an annual validity number, after which they can’t be used! You get last 3 months to exchange them in any bank. Only point is the bank uploading the aadhar number and amount of the customer. No demonetization needed! Once you have the record, lot of traps can be laid and corrupt routinely fucked! False conduits lead to massive blackmail!
Common properties of exptech
1. Major property of exptech is failure of polynomial extrapolation leading to common failure of normal existing businesses to forecast their future. Even worse is the reality of existing officers of the corporation in predicting future business based on experience that fails. You certainly do not want forecasts and plans based on dreams, not business reality. The companies that succeed are new ones, missing the tried working ways of yester years. Consider 2000. Then forecast cameras, CD, radio, press etc. Even 2010 is hard. 2020 too much. Now consider 2030. Who would forecast Microsoft, apple, Google, Musk, Amazon … But wait, these are companies before 210 and staffed with disruptive technology executives. Will new companies live?
2. Fundamental to Disruption is coincidence with a paradigm shift. That fundamentally makes the earlier scientists redundant. That does not happen to executives. Changes happen their but never in disruptive fashion. The company itself may sink like kodak, xerox, sears etc. But that is not due to management but unmanageable disruption.
3. The opacity of the future blesses people like me, as very few care to understand the science of longevity. The very first disruption by me has already happened by sheer extension of my determination to be disruptive, by my encryption, uniquely different, not
defeat able by a quantum computer and perfectly forward secure (old messages secure even if entire encryption known). First application – tamperproof email. Also health span extension with me as proof, the second disruption!
